I have been studying the Top Helm competition that is ran and think it is a great idea however a bit bewildered by the number of discards. Possibly you could have a winner of the Top Healm only having to attend 1/3 of the events. This seems to make the achievement of the Top Healm in the NW region feel a little bit hollow?? I am sure there is a very valid reason for this and would appreciate if someone could divulge.
