I am re-rigging boat after long time locked in garage and can not work out how centerboard stays up, i vaguely remember some bungee coard around that area but its seems to be long gone. Can anyone explain or show me a close up pic of how theirs id rigged

Rubber (not plastic it slips) hose or pressure tubing is required to hold board in position whilst sailing. Can be squeezed so presses on the inside of the centreboard case with two screws fitted through a short piece of aluminium or brass keel band in slot on top of board. Do not be tempted to overtighten the centreboard bolt. Good way of gouging out centreboard case. If need to hold board in the up position piece on rope or bungee round rubber stops on head of board and back down to kicker fixing point should do the job.
