Having just returned from Winsford Enterprise Open meeting, I'd like to thank everybody involved in organising it. My crew and I had a really good day despite the wind being quite fickle. It was also great to see such a great turn out with 21 boats. I employed the services of a usual regular crew at the opens, who was sporting a sporting injury gained at toddbrook to take photos of the day which I'm currently uploading and will appear at

Cheers
P.S If the above link doesn't post properly - which I don't think it's going to, I'll ask Steve to put it on the enterprisenw website.

Hi Richard was a good day. I partically like the jury boat. most moaned about it. This made the event fair and the best sailor won.
I can't get onto your pictures, please send email and i'll attach to the Ent NW website.

Sent you the link just.
For anyone who has managed to get the link to work, the pictures weren't up until today - I had a few issues with the site, and then it went down for a bit, but it's finally working and should be ok.
I agree, the jury boat was really good! It's always tricky with these things to protest people, because everyone sometimes goes a little quick out of a tack at somepoint, and by protesting someone else for continuous cheating just encourages you to be protest yourself. Doing this gave everyone the chance to be fair - with a warning just incase it was a little over the top occasionally, and probably helped balance out the field a little. |

I'm just not as easy to spot cause it's a white boat! I think it's just the last four which are out of sinc. When I uploaded them, it initially rejected those, and accepted them when I resubmitted them. I don't know why and I don't think I can re-order them!
Don't forget, if you want to get a good quality print of one of them, select the photo, go to download at the top right above the picture, and that should give you the full quality image - about 2.5 Mb. |

Link worked fine for me. Worth everyone looking. Almost certain to be a photograph of your boat - 60 pics!
Lots of sun, friendly and well organised event, great company and new faces too.
